I was an on-set stylist for many years and carried this in my tool kit to prep camera-ready skin. It was common for male talent to shave just before arriving to set and so I'd get dabs of this on them with a q-tip quickly to soothe redness & irritation. Personally I use all the time on my cuticles. In between acrylic manis, my cuticles get messy and sometimes will tear and bleed, and this balm helps stop bleeding & zaps the pain. I do actually get fissures/hemorrhoids and bought it for that purpose originally. I think I have used it once or twice there but it's much more common for me to use it on my cuticles now. I love this brand and I'm so happy I discovered them while I was living in Oregon!

It's not just for hemorrhoids! I've been using this salve for many years for all sorts of discomforts and irritations "down under". It's full of soothing herbs that get things calmed down quickly.
The hemorrhoid salve is the best one. The only salve that really calms and feels good.
